Revive Ex Agip
Revive Ex Agip transforms the site of Bomporto's historic AGIP service station: two independent single-family villas and a three-family building, with large gardens, wood roofing, and geopietra finishes, in a private, gated setting. The complex, named "Borgo Ex AGIP," preserves the site's historic memory.
The new development arises from the redevelopment of the area previously occupied by the historic AGIP service station, located along the town's main road.
The residential complex comprises two independent single-family villas and a three-family building, set within a private, secluded context accessible only through a private entrance.
The homes feature large gardens, wood-structure roofing, and elegant geopietra exterior finishes, elements that give the development a modern, refined look perfectly integrated into its surroundings. One of the villas also has a private pool.
The name "Borgo Ex AGIP" recalls the site's historic memory, identifying the area where residents have always recognised the presence of the service station.
A carefully designed night lighting scheme enhances the architecture and outdoor spaces, making the complex particularly elegant and highly visible from the town's main road.
